I am a convert to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I joined when I was 19 years old. While I believe the Lord guides all people that follow after Him and even good people on the Earth that know nothing of Jesus Christ, I believe the Lord restored His church. That same church that existed in times of old. Which includes people that hold the priesthood to administer His ordinances. As I have studied the Book of Mormon, and the scriptures, and the many writings of His modern-day leaders, and have reflected on the great number of blessings and guidance I have received, I have come to believe that this is the Lord's Church. We believe, as in former times, that Lord's church is led by a prophet. Just as in days of old when His church was led by prophets such as Abraham, Moses and others.
